Agilent HPLC

During fermentation process, HPLC is a powerful tool to routinely monitor and quantitatively analyze the amount of desirable metabolites being produced, the amount of remaining fermentable sugars and other nutrients, and the concentration of unwanted byproducts in the fermentation broth or medium. This analysis is very important to help ensure that the fermentation process is optimized to produce the maximum yield of desirable products.
